If your personal circumstances change such that you no longer meet the eligibility requirements — including moving outside the Philippines or falling below the legal age — you are responsible for informing loaded and ceasing use of the platform immediately.
Section 2 — Payments & Account Balance
All transactions on loaded are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) via GCash and Maya. Deposits are credited to your loaded wallet balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider; loaded is not responsible for delays caused by your e-wallet provider, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance windows outside of our control. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are processed within the timeframe stated in the FAQ; loaded reserves the right to conduct additional checks on any withdrawal that triggers an internal review. Section 3 — Betting, Jackpots & Game Rules
All bets placed through the Bet section are final once confirmed — loaded does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been successfully submitted and a reference number has been issued to your account. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager; if a market is suspended or voided after your bet is confirmed, loaded will apply the standard void settlement rules as described in the FAQ. Jackpot entries made through the Jackpot section are also non-refundable once submitted, and jackpot prize payouts are subject to verification before credits are released to your wallet balance. loaded reserves the right to void any bet or jackpot entry if there is evidence of a technical error, data feed fault, or any form of manipulation that affected the market or game outcome; in such cases, the entry stake will be returned to your wallet. Members are prohibited from using automated tools, scripts, bots, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other members or circumvents normal platform operation.
Section 4 — Rewards, Vouchers & Bonus Credits
Points earned through the Rewards section accumulate based on qualifying activity and are redeemable for PHP bonus credits according to the redemption schedule published on the Rewards page. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside of the platform's own redemption system. Voucher codes redeemed through the Voucher section apply bonus credits to your wallet under the specific terms attached to each code — including any minimum deposit requirement, valid period, or game-type restriction — and members are responsible for reading those terms before applying any code. loaded reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards programme or any individual voucher promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible; points or credits already earned and confirmed in your wallet balance before a programme change will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of earning. Any attempt to abuse the Rewards or Voucher system — including creating duplicate accounts to claim credits multiple times, using fraudulent payment methods, or exploiting a technical error to generate unearned credits — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and may lead to permanent account suspension.
Section 5 — Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension
Members must use the loaded platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and must not engage in any activity that violates Philippine law, harms other members, or compromises the integrity of the platform's games and markets. Prohibited conduct includes — but is not limited to — match fixing, collusion with other members, use of insider information, money laundering, providing false identity information, sharing account credentials with a third party, and any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the platform's software or data. loaded monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a violation is suspected, pending investigation, without being required to disclose the specific trigger for the review. Where a suspension results in a confirmed finding of prohibited conduct, loaded may withhold any wallet balance associated with that account in accordance with applicable legal obligations, and the member will be notified of the outcome once the investigation is concluded.
